All appointments are confirmed once booked.
Please ensure you arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service time to accommodate the next client or, if any longer than 15 minutes, appointment will be cancelled and 100% of the appointment will be charged.
We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations or rescheduling within 48 hours of the appointment will incur a 50% charge of the appointment amount.
Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged 100% of the appointment amount.
Clients who are more than 15 minutes late may be considered a no-show, and the above policy will apply.
A deposit may be required to secure your appointment.
Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a rescheduled appointment if the 48-hour notice period is met.
Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in the deposit being forfeited.
All services are non-refundable.
If you experience any issues with your nails, please contact us within 72 hours of your appointment, and we will be happy to offer a complimentary fix.
Any fixes requested after 72 hours will incur a charge.
We maintain strict hygiene and sanitation practices to ensure a safe and clean environment for all clients.
If you have any medical conditions, allergies, or infections that may affect your service, please inform us prior to your appointment.
We reserve the right to refuse service if it is deemed unsafe to proceed.
To ensure a relaxing environment for all clients, we kindly ask that you do not bring young children or extra guests to your appointment unless they are receiving a service.
Gift cards are non-refundable and must be used within the expiration period specified.
Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.
We are not responsible for any lost or damaged personal belongings during your visit.

Payment is required at the end of the service. We accept cash, card payments, and other forms of payment as specified in our clinic.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who behaves inappropriately, is under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or whose condition may compromise the safety or comfort of others.
